Bill is a native Californian, and a graduate of LaVerne University. His early working years were spent working with instrumentation, research and development, and as a quality control director. He spent most of his career as a Honeywell Systems Sales and Support Engineer. During those years he traveled the world working with large refineries, chemical plants and industrial complexes to optimize their processes. He is a member of the elite President’s Club at Honeywell which recognizes excellence in sales.
He enjoys fly fishing, golf, traveling, photography, and taking road trips with his wife. He is also a theater lover and is a member of Sierra Bible Church.
Bill is married to Celeste Boyd and they raised six children in Southern California. They have lived in Sonora for 27 years during which time he has been a member of Kiwanis and SIRS. He was elected to the position of Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis and spent an entire year traveling to clubs in Central California to advise and encourage the members.
His most recent interest was in interviewing WWII veterans and, with Celeste, writing and publishing their stories on the internet.
